Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how dynoqr.org (“we”) collects and uses information.

Scan analytics

When someone scans a QR code created on our platform we record the time, approximate location (city level, derived from the IP address at the moment of the scan), device type, operating system, browser and language. We never store IP addresses. A one-way, salted hash that rotates daily is used only to estimate unique visitors and is not personal data under GDPR Recital 26.

Account data

We store your name, email address and the content you put into your QR codes and landing pages. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. Deleting a QR code permanently removes its scan history.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for the dashboard theme. Landing pages set no tracking cookies unless the code owner has configured third-party pixels, which is disclosed on the page.
